On behalf of Cruisin’ For A Cure and UCLA’s Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation,
thank you for your donation of $2,500. This donation is to support prostate cancer
research at the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center. We know “the end of
cancer begins with research” and we are grateful for your commitment to this
important endeavor.

This is a time of great promise for cancer research. However, there is still much
more to be done. The Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation to continue the fight to
find an end to prostate cancer.

Dear Jon,

           Thank you for agreeing to be a sponsor of the Adams Country Fair. This will
confirm that you are going to sponsor two games booths—The Football Toss and The
Treasure Chest.

 As you know, the Country Fair is one of PTA’s primary fundraising events for our
school and all money we raise will be used to fund art education, provide education
enrichment activities for the students, and provide other important educational support
for our school. Your contribution will help us defray the costs of staging the fair and
enable us to retain more of our proceeds so we can to continue providing important
support for our school. All donations are tax deductible.**

 Your donation will be acknowledged by having your name printed on the large
banner at the entrance of the Country Fair, and in thank you announcements we will place
in print in the Daily Pilot and in our school’s newsletter that goes out to over 400 families.
Additionally, we will print your name as follows: “Orange Coast Jeep, Dodge,
Chrysler—Jon Gray” on a sign at the location of the attractions you have sponsored.

Dear John,

Thank you for your support of “Round Up”, Newport Harbor High School’s Grad Night
2007. Nearly 400 graduates attended the event on June 2l~ at this all-night event filled
with music, memory photos, numerous activities and of course a buffet table to feed the
celebrants. The evening was a fun, safe, drug and alcohol free event for our graduates to
celebrate their very big accomplishment. It would not have been possible without the
generous support of our local business community.

We are truly grateful for your donation. The graduates surely appreciated your
support toward the drinks and food for the event! Thank you again for supporting an
evening the graduates of 2007 will fondly remember as they embark on their lives ahead.
